D5.1 – MVP, Technical Requirements, and Reference Architecture

Deliverable 5.1 establishes the technical and structural foundation of the ACCOMPLISH framework. Based on a comprehensive set of 244 technical requirements, the document specifies a modular, dual-layer architecture comprised of 30 interoperable components. It explicitly decouples sensitive local data operations (Toolkit) from centralized regulatory governance and certification (Platform). Key innovations detailed include the AI-based Compliance Assessment Automation Engine, the LLM-Driven Recommendation Service, and the Distributed Ledger-backed Compliance Digital Passport. Finally, the deliverable outlines the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) features that will guide the project’s iterative development and validation across four industrial pilot hubs.
